Simplify The Task Of Maintaining Grain Quality.

The Guardian Grain Management System (GMS) is designed to simplify the very important task of maintaining grain quality while in storage at the farm.  Corrugated steel grain bins are subject to wide temperature swings throughout the day and across the seasons.  These changes in temperature can introduce moisture into the grain bin which can negatively impact the quality of the commodity in storage.

By using constant monitoring of internal and external temperatures and humidity levels, Guardian GMS uses software to automatically run aeration fans at appropriate times to maintain optimum atmospheric and moisture content levels within the grain bin, regardless of the time of day.  Automating this process takes the burden off of the farmer who would otherwise be responsible for managing their aeration fan operation based on the time of day and weather / temperatures, day to day.

Ensure Maximum Revenue Potential.

Rotted grain is money lost and reduces the already narrow margins that most farmers are faced with in today’s marketplace.  Further, once grain begins to spoil, it may become necessary to remove, filter, or otherwise further blend the grain which drives up costs in handling.  Rotted or spoiled grain accounts for loss against the total amount harvested which reduces the farmer’s total revenue potential.  Once you begin cleaning rotted commodity out of the grain, your direct input costs are dramatically increased, which reduces your net margin on an already reduced gross revenue value.

Guardian GMS products help with eliminating rotting and spoilage of grain commodities helps ensure maximum revenue potential and profit margin for farmers.

Spend Less In On-farm Drying Operations.

By properly maintaining nominal temperature and humidity levels within the grain bin through automated fan operations, farmers can expect to spend less in on-farm drying operations which uses costly liquid propane (LP).  Reducing LP consumption greatly reduces annual input costs for the farm and greatly increases margins of commodities which have not been subjected to active heat drying.

Advanced, Software-based Fan Automation And Grain Quality Protection.

Guardian Guardian Grain Management System  (GMS) represents how cost effectively this kind of technology is now.  If sensors or components of the system fail or are worn out, they are easily and economically replaced.  Installation is simple, straightforward, and Guardian GMS can be integrated into older, existing grain bins, or spec’d for brand new grain bins.  Guardian GMS puts advanced, software-based aeration fan automation and grain quality protection in the hands of farmers for a fraction of the cost of other systems in the marketplace.
